How to take part

Each guide ends with one thing you can do.

How these awards work

Fans, artists and industry professionals will have the same vote weight. A role, a ticket or a sponsorship does not add another ballot. Final voting is closed until the rules are ratified.

How to nominate

A nomination needs a person or a clearly named team, a representative, a work period, a contribution story, credits and a conflict note. You can add up to three public evidence links. A nomination about someone else stays private until they claim it.

How voting will work

One active support endorsement may help a shortlist. The official award ballot is a separate, later step: one effective choice in each category, changeable until the published close. Interim candidate totals stay hidden during that ballot.

What makes useful evidence

Name the work, the people, and where a reviewer can check it. Grassroots work does not need a press campaign. Do not send private documents through a public form.

How the budget works

The public budget starts without quotes. A pledge is not cash. Historical planning scenarios from the concept deck are archived and are excluded from the live totals.

What a governor can do

Applying to govern creates an application. It does not make you an administrator, a payer, or a vote counter. Finance, audit and result release stay separate.

Accessibility

Forms keep labels visible. Status is never color alone. Ceremony access plans wait for a real venue. Reduced motion is respected.

Safe participation

This application cannot contact emergency services for you. A safety lead will be able to pause unsafe event activity once that role and a venue exist. No safety lead is appointed yet.
